If you can fill the unforgiving minute with sixty seconds' worth of distance run--

Keep those shoes busy this summer, and I will chase Dinosaur's with you in September.
Love the music option, and once of these days, when I creak into the 21st Century, I will need several of these on an IPod Playlist. Especially enjoyed Little Victories, and as always, anything by Indigo Girls.
